Today I had an absolute blast working out to my Julianne Hough Dancing with the Stars DVD! My husband and I babysat his little sisters (ages 5 and 8) tonight. I told the girls I had to workout and then we could play. Well they were so excited to just be with me that they wanted to do the dance DVD with me. It was too fun! The girls didn't even realize they were "exercising" because they were dancing. Now, could they get the dance steps down? Of course not but they certainly tried! Not to mention, I had my little audience so of course I wanted to show off my moves.
That just gave me an incentive to work even harder! Ha, by the end of the DVD one of the girls said to me, "Ew, Katie, you're sweaty." I felt like sweat was pouring off of me just trying to keep up with the little girls. That's the kind of workout that I love - it's fun, enjoyable, and over before you know it! When we were finished we played ping-pong. They had me racing all over after that ball. Whew, by the time they left I was exhausted!
THURSDAY
Breakfast -
1/4 cup Break-free eggs, 1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage, 100 calorie English Muffin

1 cup fat-free organic milk
Lunch -
Carrots
sugar-free jello
fat-free yogurt
fat-free hot dog, wheat tortilla, and 1/4 cup fat-free cheese
Snack -
Apple
Dinner -
Stir fry (mixed veggies, 1 cup whole wheat rice, low-sodium teriyaki sauce, and 2 oz. grilled chicken)
Steamable Broccoli with tbsp. margarine
Snack -
Diet pop
Jenny Craig Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
