I have stuck closely to my workouts every other day. During the week I usually walk my driveway by myself with the dogs for about 25 minutes. On the weekend my husband and I always choose one day to hike the fields which is a much more intense walk for about 45 minutes. We left the house at about 9:30 but STILL it was already stifling hot. People kept telling me how much the heat would affect me when I'm pregnant but I really didn't believe it because I'm such a sun worshiper (which I know is not a very healthy practice but I can't help it; I love the sun and being outside. Hey, I put my sunscreen on...I don't want massive wrinkles or skin cancer!). Instantly once I'm hot I feel sick to my stomach. Last night when we were at the movie with our friends I came equipped with my jacket because I'm always cold. Well, I'm pretty sure their A/C was broken and it was sweltering with all the people in there! So many people were complaining after the movie - including my pregnant friend and myself! Luckily on our walk today the majority of it was in the shade. But, the last 1/4 of the walk is pure sun...the dogs and I were definitely struggling! But, hey, I'm going to proud of exercising every other day...hopefully all the way up until the delivery!
