What is one of your biggest "food vices?" Some people are chocolate lovers and can't seem to get enough of it; while others prefer saltier splurges. Whatever it is make sure that you do not completely cut yourself off from it otherwise eventually you will binge. I think my two saddest moments with Jenny Craig were when my consultant said no more cheese (I frequently was adding cheese...fat-free! to their meals) and bagels. They were both HUGE "no-no's." It still strikes me as shocking because comparatively I grew up in SUCH a healthy household. But, we did eat a lot of bagels and cheese. I think that even though we had a lot of whole wheat, veggies, fruit, and only low-fat items, cheese and bagels were in abundance. I had a bagel typically every morning...and actually, many times as a kid I MELTED a slice of cheese on each piece for breakfast. I know to some of you that sounds disgusting but to me it was absolutely delicious. I'm not going to lie, I still miss that food combination but have not gone back to it in a long time. I sometimes indulge myself with a piece of real cheese or a bagel but never together because that seems like the ultimate sin.
