Remember how I've had to cut pretty much any condiments out of my diet and because of this I started having some good weight losses? Well, now that I'm back to work I NEED coffee. OK, so I don't need it but I LOVE it. It really does wake me up; especially when I'm doing nightly feedings with my son. All I put in it is 2 tsp. of fat-free creamer (not even a full serving) and 2 Truvia, zero calorie sweeteners (which I know aren't good for you but I need a little bit of sugar in my coffee). I started back on coffee last week. I also had asparagus with fat-free feta one day for lunch and a little parmesan on my zucchini and squash one night. That's it. I have not cheated other than those two days with cheese and it was fat-free basically. Wow. My body is going to be that touchy since giving birth?! Three days ago I had lost another pound for the week. Two days ago the scale said I have gained a pound and a half! This is crazy! I probably shouldn't be so psycho about weighing myself everyday but I can't help it. Hopefully I have at least come back to maintaining for my weekly weigh in at JC. Ugh. Very frustrating. For the next two days I'm going to be extremely strict and no coffee. :( We'll see what happens... Having a baby has been the best thing in my life but I just can't believe how hard it is on a woman's body. I realize it's only been 3 months and it took 10 months to gain all that weight but I was hoping it would just melt right off!

Lunch -
JC Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken ( I can't stop! They're just THAT good!)
Cauliflower with fat-free ranch
Snack -
1/2 cup grapes
Dinner -
JC Chicken Carbonara
Salad (mixed greens, peppers, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch
Snack -
JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake (Again, I just can't stop! LOVE it!)
