Springing into Allergy Season – Part 1

Recent years have seen a sharp increase in the prevalence of food sensitivities and allergies; a rise so sharp, in fact, about 1/3 of

people suffer from adverse reactions to foods. The chemically polluted air we breathe, food we eat and water we drink all play a large role in this outburst. The genetic manipulation of plants, monotony of our modern diet and poor digestive function also contribute to this unfortunate trend. Thankfully, there is a simple answer to this complex phenomenon and the first step is laboratory testing. Testing can show you how to modify your diet or the diet of a loved one to achieve optimal health.
