Tomorrow is our staff breakfast and it's usually all of the delicious items that I cannot eat. You know what I'm talking about...egg casseroles, danishes, biscuits and gravy, fried french toast, bagels, and donuts? All the yummy stuff I love! Can you tell breakfast is one of my favorite meals? Well, I like to feel like part of the group even though I am unwilling to eat any of that stuff anymore. I thought about it and decided to bring my own dish to share that I know is going to be low-fat. I opted for blueberry bran muffins, 0.9g fat, 122 calories. They were delicious! They had wheat bran, nonfat milk, unsweetend applesauce, an egg, just a touch of brown sugar, vanilla extract, wheat flour, baking powder, and blueberries. Again, my common theme seems to be to plan ahead. If you have a game plan you can fit right in with your friends and colleagues and still enjoy food!

1 cup coffee with tsp. fat-free creamer

Fresh green beans

3/4 cup grapes
Dinner -
JC Spaghetti and Meatballs
Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
