8/24/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Thursday

Now that I'm back at school and waking up earlier I've noticed I'm hungrier because my body is not used to the new time.  Here are some things I do if I'm still hungry in between meals:

  1. snack on carrots with fat-free ranch
  2. I cook fresh green beans and then put them in the fridge.  I eat them cold the rest of the week.  Sounds gross but I think they're delicious.
  3. Sugar-free jello with fat-free Cool Whip
  4. Fiber One Original Cereal
  5. For some reason a diet pop actually does the trick and makes me feel full as well!

Breakfast -

JC Blueberry Pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup


1 cup coffee with tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Pesto Pizza

Fresh green beans

Snack -

3/4 cup grapes

Dinner -

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
