Fall always has me craving certain "fall" foods and spices.  How can you still fulfill your cravings but not pack on the pounds?  I bought pumpkin spice coffee this weekend which has been delicious and is essentially calorie free.  I also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of my pumpkin spice coffee which makes it feel like a Starbucks latte.  Last night I made pumpkin pie, low-fat.  If you use the pumpkin pie mix that everything is already added into and all you need to add is the evaporated milk, buy the fat-free kind.  Mix in a little of your own cinnamon and you have a very low-cal dessert.  Oh yeah, and a spoonful of fat-free cool whip on top hits the spot!  I also made pumpkin cinnamon bran muffins.  I used pumpkin instead of oil with my bran muffin mix - this too, was a delicious breakfast treat that was low-fat.  My husband and son have been loving all the baking...little did they know it's healthy and low-fat as well!

Breakfast - 

1 pumpkin bran muffin with spray butter


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack - 

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

JC Turkey Burger


Snack - 

3/4 cup cantaloupe

Dinner - 

JC 3-Cheese Ziti

Salad (mixed greens, cucumber, jalapeno, tomato) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

Pumpkin Pie with fat-free Cool Whip
