Today's theme is bravery!  Choose something this week out of your comfort zone and even if it seems intimidating - try it!  For example, go to a yoga class even though it may seem scary not knowing anyone.  Try a new sport or exercise regime even if you think it may be too difficult.  I had my first horseback riding show today and I'm not kidding, I dreaded it all week.  I used every avoidance/denial tactic to try and get out of it or even think about it.  I do have a valid point, now that I have a baby, showing is very time consuming so I don't think I will be doing it too often until my son gets a little older.  If my instructor hadn't kept pushing I know I would've "said" I would do it and then hoped she forgot about it.  But, nope, last week she called me to make sure I was fully committed and following through.  Once I give my word I don't like to back out of things so I knew I was really stuck this time.  She was now counting on me to be in the show.  I have never wanted a weekend to be over with as much as I did this past weekend.  I have only been riding since June and compared to all the young girls at the barn who have been riding all their lives, I feel very inexperienced.  My mother-in-law and sister-in-law are expert riders and just hearing them talk about their wealth of knowledge on horses and seeing how beautifully my sister-in-law rides makes me scared that I'm just not ready for a show.  I feel all awkward and out of control with my horse still. I don't feel confident in my abilities yet.  The show was from 10-5 and I had had a lesson the day before so I was already pretty sore.  TO BE CONTINUED....

1 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Marinara, 1/4 cup mozzarella

Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 cal pack
