10/22/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Saturday

Today I go back to seeing Molly, my longtime consultant, who is fabulous!  I am excited to see her.  I think the other centre probably viewed me as a typical client (which would not be their fault) that was close to her goal weight and would hit it any moment.  But, truthfully, my body is very stubborn and I need someone who knows my background to help "troubleshoot" different ways to get me there.  I'm sick of this.  The scale went up for no apparent reason.  I followed a strict diet and worked out four times this week.  I'm frustrated and feeling down on myself for not being able to get there.  I'd like to be able to say I "hit my goal weight" before I even think about having another child.  I do remember I struggled to get there the last time I worked towards my goal weight and then when I finally did, more just kept falling off.  The ONLY thing different this week was that I had 2 sugar-free jellos and some ketchup - I mean really?!  Ketchup?  It has a lot of sugar and sodium but it never affected me before.  Ugh.  I hope the scale will show differently today at my weigh-in but I surmise that it won't.  I'll let you know what other ideas Molly has for me tomorrow...


Breakfast -

1 Banana Nut MiniLoaf 


1 cup coffee with tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Turkey Burger

Fresh green beans

Snack -

3/4 cup grapes

Dinner -

JC Pasta Fagioli

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
